Rather than focusing on just one area, I look at the bigger picture—nutrition, fitness, stress management, sleep, mindset, and daily habits—and design strategies that fit each person’s unique lifestyle.
I don’t hand out one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, I assess where you are now, identify roadblocks holding you back, and create step-by-step solutions that make healthy living sustainable. The goal is to help my clients feel stronger, more energized, and confident in their ability to live the life they want—whether that’s maintaining independence as they age, balancing hormones, managing weight, or simply having more vitality day-to-day.
When I first started coaching over 20 years ago, my clients and I were all focused on the same things—finding time to work out, losing weight, and having enough energy to get through the day. Now, as I approach 50, so are many of my clients, and our goals have changed. We still want to look and feel our best, but now it’s also about staying active, avoiding (or combating) the symptoms of hormonal shifts and preventing the effects midlife can have on our bodies.
I specialize in strength training and hormone-based nutrition strategies, but some of my clients still feel stuck, no matter how hard they’ve worked—dealing with hidden inflammation, gut issues, or imbalances that made progress feel impossible. That’s why I also take a root-cause approach. I help you uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, so we can fix you the right way.
My philosophy is simple: health doesn’t have to be complicated. I believe in creating realistic strategies that fit your life, not forcing you into rigid plans you’ll never stick with. Sustainable action plans that are simple to follow. Together, we’ll build the habits, strength, and balance that help you feel capable and confident—not so that you're back to feeling yourself again.....I want you feeling younger! I hold a Fitness Training Certification through ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), as well as a Nutrition Coaching Certification through Precision Nutrition.
My professional focus is in hormone health, nutritional wellness, strength training, senior fitness and corrective exercise, as well as evidence -based training for arthritis and balance.
I have experience working with people of all fitness levels, from bootcamps and gyms to senior centers. My current niche includes adults aged 40-75, as well as those with specific health conditions, including Parkinson's disease and Cerebral Palsy.
In addition, I hold specialty certifications in pre/postnatal nutrition & fitness, weight management and mindset transformation.
