Membership access-only to a coaching website with a social media, text or chat group support in a community of members on the same journey as you. This may vary month-to-month, but typically includes those that need accountability to workout, fight sugar cravings, eat more vitamin-rich veggies, find ways to reduce stress, etc.
There will be new monthly focus topics along with corresponding meal plans and workouts.
This atmosphere helps to provide daily accountability, both as a group as well as personalized by me as needed.
